Notes from Tunisia
Building for the web from Tunis — bandwidth, bilingual UX, and shipping across timezones.
Working from Tunis means designing for real constraints: mixed connectivity, bilingual audiences, and clients across Europe and the MENA region.
Practical takeaways
• Prefer progressive enhancement over heavy client bundles
• Design type scales that work in Arabic and Latin scripts
• Keep APIs cacheable so marketing pages stay instant
